Lumiverso's offer is not only the delivery of ordered lighting systems. Our work is based on three pillars:

  • our own production based on innovative LED technology,
  • original projects,
  • professional support in preparing the store for opening.

At each of these stages, we care for the relationship with the client and help with advising. Advising is always performed by one of our experts, individually assigned to care for the client's project.

Our business development managers, Kamila and Jakub, take care of the implementation of the entire project. They are also the first contact persons.

BEGINNING OF COOPERATION - INTERVIEW AND ANALYSIS

After the first contact with us, one of our business development managers will contact you. He will discuss your needs and gather the information that will allow him to conduct a detailed analysis of your brand and your competition.
The design concept is yours to decide. When applying to us, you do not need to have a ready-made plan or even an idea for the type and style of lighting for your store. It is up to us to analyze your location, offer and brand character.
We will take a closer look at local companies that offer the same services and global industry leaders. We will also pay attention to trends and look for points of reference in order to come up with a specific proposal.

DESIGN PHASE

After signing the contract, we will offer you a couple of design ideas. Your selection of the appropriate variant will start the process of working on the project. It will consist of detailed calculations, visualizations and computer simulations made in Dialux. All this is to make the implementation as efficient as possible, harmonious with the existing architecture and transparent.
After completing the work, we will provide lighting layout plans with detailed guidelines and installation instructions for luminaires (thanks to which an installer can carry out the installation efficiently and on time) as well as lighting simulations in Dialux. At Lumiverso, you do not have to worry about the compliance of the documentation with the requirements of shopping centers and fire protection regulations - this will be confirmed by the attached certificates and approvals.

SETTING UP LUMINAIRES AFTER STOCKING UP

Our cooperation continues beyond the stage of interior design and filling store shelves. Just before the great premiere, our team will properly set all luminaires at your store to make sure that the lighting fixtures direct the eyes of your customers to precisely the most important areas and points of the premises.
We know from experience that we may have less than 24 hours to complete the task. But do not worry. We were the first in Poland to introduce the service of setting the luminaires after stocking. We have the greatest experience in this on the market.
